We heart modern homes and today didn’t disappoint when we saw beautiful homes in Hancock Park and Trousdale Estates. In Hancock Park the nearly 4,000 sq. ft. home is listed for $3,129,000 while across town in Beverly Hills the 6,000 sq. ft. home with a killer view (we could see Catalina Island very clearly today) is listed at $6,900,000.
