Homes in Studio City
Studio City, a neighborhood on the other side of the hill from Laurel Canyon, that many of our friends & clients enjoy for its ease to the studios, often times more affordable housing options, and the charm of shopping & eating along Ventura Blvd. This week we saw 2 houses that break the mold of other homes in the area. One was a new construction done in the style of a Green & Greene home. Heather said she felt like we’d entered Torrey Pines in La Jolla. The other large home that we saw was a 7,600 sq ft home sitting on 3 acres in a wooded neighborhood with an amazing pool & view. Learka almost went swimming in the pool it was so inviting.

New: Hidden Gem with Pool in Laurel Canyon! Open Tuesday 11-2
8929 Hollywood Hills Road | 3+2 | $1,199,000
FIRST OPEN TUESDAY 11-2
Private 3bed 2bath with pool in Laurel Canyon. Tucked away behind gates & greenery is an oasis of fun, relaxation and mid-century style. Beautiful windows, skylights and French doors throughout provide light, openness, and easy access to the flat yard & pool. Throw open the doors and let the barrier between inside and out disappear – canyon breezes rustle the bamboo, red-tailed hawks soar in lazy circles overhead, and the hot tub burbles away. Built in 1952, this house has changed hands 3 times in 25 years without coming to market. With its charming Hollywood history and magical vibe it won’t last long.
