Designed in 1926 by architect Ralph C. Flewelling F.A.I.A, who later in 1933 worked on the main Beverly Hills post office on Canon Drive, the home has been updated with an eye toward clean lines and preserving the traditional Spanish feel. In particular we loved the two story entryway which was just as pretty from the courtyard as it was walking through the front door.
