Almond Blossoms

We are used to cherry blossoms in D.C. and plum blossoms in Japan but we never thought about spring time in an almond orchard. The majority of those California almonds we love come from the three quarters of a million acres of almond trees in the Central Valley. That’s a lot of flowers….
